TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE ASSETS
The ownership transfer procedures will be carried out at a car practice agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Curatorship.As this is a sale within a bankruptcy proceeding, the necessary timelines may vary compared to practices carried out in an extrajudicial context, due to the required bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted in the tender documentation.
For vehicles without a valid inspection, only users with registered offices or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
In case of award to a bidder lacking the required qualifications, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation, and the assets will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
