TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE ASSETS
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Trustee.Since this is a sale within the context of bankruptcy proceedings, the necessary timelines may vary compared to practices carried out in extra-judicial contexts, due to the bureaucratic process required. The price list can be consulted from the tender documentation.
For vehicles without an inspection, only users with a legal headquarters or residence in Italy will be able to participate in the auction.
In case of award to a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid as compensation will be forfeited and the assets will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
PAYMENT AND PICKUP
Payment for awarded lots: 5 days from the award date, unless otherwise specified in the lot details.
Pickup of awarded lots: 30 days from the completion of the sale, unless otherwise specified in the lot details.
VIES
The procedure is registered with VIES: VAT will not be charged to successful bidders residing or having their legal seat outside Italy, provided they are within the EU.
