AUCTION FOLLOWING RECEIVED BID
Online auction, in single lot, of machinery and equipment for the production of faucets, Fiat Scudo van, office furniture and machines, originating from Judicial Liquidation n. 45/2025 of the Court of Novara.

To participate in the auction, a deposit is required.
The auction is subject to time extension. Participation from a desktop computer is recommended.
INSPECTIONS:
Inspections will be carried out exclusively on the dates indicated by Aste Business.
Interested parties are invited to contact the designated representative to arrange a time.
Requests must be submitted with a minimum advance notice of 72 hours; otherwise, they may not be considered.
IMPORTANT:
Some items subject to this sale may not comply with the Machinery Directive or lack CE marking.
Under current regulations, such items cannot be re-entered into the Community market unless they are brought into compliance at the expense and responsibility of the successful bidder, in accordance with applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale is conducted in the actual legal and physical condition in which the items are found, as seen and accepted, without any warranty regarding condition of use, operation, safety, or regulatory compliance, neither from the procedure nor from Aste Business Srl.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE ASSETS
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Trustee. Since this is a sale within the context of bankruptcy proceedings, the necessary timelines may vary compared to practices carried out in extra-judicial contexts, due to the required bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted from the tender documentation.
For vehicles without a valid inspection, only users with legal headquarters or residence in Italy will be able to participate in the auction.
In case of award to a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation and the assets will be awarded to the second-best bidder.

Payment: 5 days.
Pickup: 30 days.
VIES
The procedure is registered in the VIES system: bidders with residence or legal headquarters outside the EU, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
