Under current regulations, these items cannot be re-entered into the Community market unless they are brought into compliance at the expense and responsibility of the successful bidder, in accordance with applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale takes place in the actual state and legal status in which the items are found, as seen and approved, without any warranty regarding condition of use, operation, safety, and regulatory compliance, neither by the procedure nor by Aste Business Srl.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE PROPERTY
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a car agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Trustee.Since this is a sale within the context of bankruptcy proceedings, the necessary timeframes may vary compared to practices carried out in extra-judicial contexts, due to the required bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted from the tender documentation.
PAYMENT AND PICKUP
Payment: 10 daysunless otherwise indicated in the lot sheet.
Attention: For lots 4 and 18, the payment term is 30 days from the award date.
Pickup: 30 daysunless otherwise indicated in the lot sheet.
VIES
The procedure is registered in the VIES: bidders with residence or legal seat outside the EU, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
