All lots allow for minimum bids starting at 75% of the base price.
The goods are located in the AsteBusiness Warehous of Ostra Vetere (AN) and can be viewed by appointment to be arranged with the contact person indicated.
A deposit is required to participate in the auction.
The auction is subject to time extension. Participation from a desktop computer is recommended.
INSPECTIONS:
Inspections will be carried out exclusively on the dates indicated by Aste Business.

Requests must be received at least 72 hours in advance; otherwise, they may not be considered.
IMPORTANT:
Some of the goods covered by this sale may not comply with the Machinery Directive or lack CE marking.
In accordance with current legislation, these goods cannot be reintroduced onto the EU market unless they are brought into compliance at the expense of the successful bidder, in accordance with the applicable technical and safety provisions.
The sale takes place in the actual and legal condition in which the goods are found, as seen and approved, without any guarantee as to their condition, functioning, safety and regulatory compliance, either on the part of the procedure or on the part of Aste Business Srl.
TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP OF REGISTERED MOVABLE PROPERTY
The procedures for the transfer of ownership will be carried out at a vehicle registration agency appointed by Aste Business S.r.l., in agreement with the Receivership. As this is a sale in the context of insolvency proceedings, the time required may vary from that required for procedures carried out in a non-judicial context, due to the necessary bureaucratic process. The price list can be consulted in the tender documentation.
For vehicles without a valid MOT, only users with a registered office or residence in Italy may participate in the auction.
In the event of a successful bid by a bidder who does not meet the requirements, the deposit paid will be forfeited as compensation and the goods will be awarded to the second highest bidder.
PAYMENT AND COLLECTION
The deadline for payment of the lots awarded is set at 5 days from the date of award, unless otherwise indicated in the lot description.
The deadline for collection of the lots awarded is set at 30 days from the date of completion of the sale, unless otherwise indicated in the lot description.
VIES
The procedure is registered with VIES: successful bidders with residence or registered office abroad, provided they are within the EU, will not be required to pay VAT.
