References on the compliance of the property with the rules of the urban planning law: In the design graphics, plans, attached to the SCIA of the year 2014, a window compartment located on the external wall on the south/west side is not shown (see attachment A) which instead appears correctly indicated in the tables. However, it is believed to be a pure clerical error.
It should also be noted that on 10/24/2018, prot. 2018/7130-Building Practice n. 2018/36/PAR, the SOCIAL COOPERATIVA SOCIALNIS A R.L. had submitted a request to obtain the Single Title relating to the renovation and expansion project of the aforementioned building. The planned interventions consisted in the raising of a floor of the existing structure, in the expansion of the ground floor, in the modifications to the internal partitions and in the insertion of a stretcher lift compartment, all functional to the change of activity from "day center with clinic" to "structure integrated with a retirement home, sheltered residence and day centre". The construction of a small building, adjacent to the existing structure, was also planned to house a small church with an adjoining funeral chapel. The Single Title was issued by the SUAP of the Unione Montana Alta Valle del Metauro (PU) with Provision no. 27 of 05/03/2019, file 397/2018.
The single title has now lapsed as a result of the failure to submit the notice of commencement of works within one year of its issue.
