SINGLE LOT in the municipality of Stradella (PV), building area as an urban reconversion area subject to an implementation plan in Stradella (PV) in Viale Libertà - Via Depretis, on the western edge of the historic city centre, which housed the "Sola Forni Gazzaniga" hospital, now disused and almost completely demolished. The area has a total cadastral surface area of 23,214 square metres. The area is currently occupied by two buildings, namely the building with historical-artistic restriction of the former hospital and a small porter's lodge/heating plant in a detached body.
The main building was declared to be of "historical-artistic interest" pursuant to Article 10, paragraph 1 of Legislative Decree 42/2004 and subsequent amendments and additions by decree of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage and Activities of 26/11/2007.
The current Piano di Governo del Territorio of the Municipality of Stradella classifies the area subject to sale (Annex 6 Certificate of urban destination) pursuant to Article 69 of the N.T.A. among the "Implementation Plans in progress". With reference to the Implementation Plan, reference is made in full to what is indicated in the appraisal report.
The property is currently registered at the N.C.E.U. of the Municipality of Stradella as "unit in progress" as follows:
- Sheet 18, Parcel 924, Category F/4, Consistence 9,370 m2, Viale Libertà no. 5, Floor S1-T-1-2.
Body boundaries from the north clockwise are as follows: parcels 540, 1101, 1030, 1021, 994, 387, 742, 1281, 1217, 219, 218, 805, 948, 1282, 651, 1223, Via Depretis, Viale Libertà and Via Achilli.
At the time of the inspection, the properties were vacant and in a state of neglect.
