During the inspection, the presence of a fenced area was detected within which a radio antenna with related systems was installed and is located in an exclusive portion of the courtyard of the unit identified with parcel 179 sub 13. - Particle 179 sub 15 – flat roof
The unit identified with parcel 179 sub 15 has the cadastral category "F/5 - flat roof" and the cadastral consistency and surface are not shown on the cadastral survey. The description reported in the subordinate list for the unit shows a surface area of 2,212 m2, a surface area which effectively constitutes the extension of the roof of the building where the units identified with parcels 179 sub 13-14 are developed (subject of sale) and the unit identified with parcel 179 sub 11 (not subject to sale). From a check carried out by the writer on the basis of measurements carried out during the inspection, the extension of the coverage as detected on the sites is in line with that indicated on the subordinate list. Access to the roof is via an external staircase with a "cage" located on the west wall of the building and therefore on the exclusive courtyard of parcel 179 sub 11 not subject to the procedure
