This property is free on three sides and has a small adjoining area built on two floors above ground, comprising a kitchen/living room and cellar on the ground floor connected by an internal staircase to two bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and an uninhabitable attic above.
As it is located in a central area and raised above the public road of the small hamlet, it is served exclusively by pedestrian streets and has no vehicle access (the public road is approx. 500m away), therefore it is not possible to approach and/or access the building and/or its appurtenant area with any type of motor vehicle.
The building, which is of ancient construction, with a mixed stone and reinforced concrete structure, was completely renovated around 1990 and has not undergone any further maintenance work, either ordinary or extraordinary, since then. it has not been inhabited for several years and would require maintenance and work to eliminate damp (traces of which are present on all floors and flaking plaster, especially on the ground floor). There is also significant rainwater infiltration from the roof.
The building has a diesel-fired heating system with a boiler that does not comply with current regulations.
