Parcel 27, on the other hand, is entirely covered by woodland vegetation, with no evident open or cultivated areas, and its morphology, as seen in the available images, appears to be characterized by steep slopes and orographic conditions that could significantly limit its accessibility and usability.
The two parcels are directly adjacent to each other.
Both plots of land are not easily accessible by normal vehicles; from the cartographic checks carried out, reaching the areas would seem to require walking along mountain trails for an estimated total length of about 8-10 km starting from the nearest parking area.
